Liberal judge rules illegal aliens have right to bear arms

Joe Biden is quietly amassing an armed invasion force. During his presidency, over 10 million illegal aliens have poured into the United States. They are receiving taxpayer-funded free food, shelter, healthcare, education, pre-paid debit cards and welfare checks. They can now possess and carry guns.
That’s right. Illegal immigrants have been given the “right” to bear arms under the Second Amendment. This is the shocking recent ruling by U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman, who was appointed by Barack Obama. Coleman is a radical anti-American leftist. She believes the Constitution applies to non-citizens—even those who are in our country illegally. According to Coleman, illegal aliens have the same rights to carry and own guns as lawful American citizens.
The case involves Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, a self-avowed illegal immigrant, living in Chicago. During the George Floyd riots in the spring of 2020, Carbajal-Flores was arrested by police for illegally possessing and openly carrying a handgun. They charged him under a federal law that specifically prohibits illegal aliens from owning a gun. His lawyers, however, argued that the handgun was for self-defense and hence, under the Constitution Carbajal-Flores has the right to own and carry a gun.
Remarkably, Coleman agreed. She ruled that the federal statute is unconstitutional, and that it discriminates against non-citizens living on U.S. soil.
Coleman’s ruling is not just nonsensical, but anti-democratic. It is a classic example of activist judges legislating from the bench. If a single, left-wing appointed judge can overturn a federal law enacted by Congress, then constitutional democracy is effectively dead. Coleman is placing herself above Congress—and the voters who choose our elected representatives.
Moreover, her decision exposes the hypocrisy and contradiction at the heart of liberalism. For decades, Democrats have relentlessly laid siege to the Second Amendment. They have consistently sought to strip away gun rights from innocent, law-abiding Americans. Yet, when it comes to illegals—foreign nationals who have no business being in our country—Democrats aggressively push to expand their rights to own and carry a firearm.
Which begs the question: Why are hard-left progressives so determined to arm illegal aliens, while simultaneously disarming U.S. citizens? The answer is simple and ominous: Their goal is to create a domestic paramilitary force loyal to the Biden regime and the Democrat Party. In fact, during his presidency, Obama openly said he wanted to establish a national “civilian police force” accountable only to him. The Biden administration is essentially Obama’s third term—his attempt to finish his “fundamental transformation” of America into a Third World socialist police state.
By enabling and empowering illegal aliens to purchase, own and carry firearms, the Democrats are creating a modern version of the Brown Shirts. This is an armed invasion force completely dependent upon the Biden regime for their food, housing, income and existence. If Donald Trump wins in November, this heavily armed group of illegal aliens will pose a serious internal threat to his incoming administration. They will have the means to violently protest Trump’s victory—especially, if Democrat leaders refuse to accept the election results and call upon them to riot.
Moreover, what will happen should a victorious Trump follow through on his campaign promise to crack down on sanctuary cities and begin deporting millions of illegals? The potential for civil chaos, street fighting and even armed insurrection is very real, as desperate, gun-wielding migrants face off and confront ICE deportation units. In short, Coleman’s ruling is paving the way not only for illegal aliens to violently resist Trump’s mass deportations, but his entire presidency itself.
The U.S. Constitution does not (and should not) apply to non-citizens who criminally entered our country. This great document exists to protect the sacred freedoms and liberties of Americans and non-citizens lawfully residing in the United States, such as green card holders. To suggest that illegals have the same rights as U.S. citizens is pernicious liberal nonsense. It is one-world globalism run amok. The Constitution does not apply to the entire world, and it certainly does not apply to foreign invaders who violated our national sovereignty and broke our immigration laws.
Rather than arming them, we should be deporting every single one of them. Before it’s too late.
