Biden campaign suspends campaign ads for 9/11 anniversary...sort of...

Democratic nominee for President, Joe Biden and his campaign, have suspended their TV ads today in remembrance for 9/11. Today is the 19th anniversary of the tragedy that struck the United States and sent shock waves across the nation. Joe Biden attended a 9/11 memorial today in NYC and on his way to that memorial, he told media outlets that not only is he suspending campaign ads today, he will not be doing any press conferences either. He said his today: "It’s a solemn day. That’s how we’re going to keep it, OK? You can determine whether I make news."

While Biden said he was suspending his TV ads, some of his campaign ads still aired...According to the Washington Times: "At least 10 pro-Biden and anti-Trump ads aired in Minnesota and Wisconsin Friday morning on NBC, ABC and CBS affiliates, the Trump campaign said. One Biden ad attacked President Trump on Social Security; an ad from the American Bridge PAC features an Army veteran blaming Mr. Trump for urban rioting."

The Biden campaign claims those ads aired accidentally...an official from the campaign said this regarding the accidental airing: “Our clear intentions are to suspend advertising today. This was an inadvertent airing and we are reaching out to the affiliate stations for an explanation and to remedy.”

Is this another example of the Biden campaign saying one thing and doing another or is it an honest mishap?
