Scott gets populist in a fun moment from the debate as he campaigns against Washington and high taxes. His rant brings a roar from the crowd - which had been warned to keep quiet - prompting moderator & PBS TV host Jim Madigan to tease that he was losing control.
“One thing we can’t do right now, in the middle of this three-and-a-half-year recession, is by taking more money out of people’s hardworking pocketbooks and wallets and giving it to the federal government,” Brown said. “They’re like pigs at a trough up there -- they’ll just take and take and take.”

Liz Warren's most powerful moment in Wednesday's debate made her the most vulnerable, for she took an absolutist stand on women's rights. Scott could have put her away with the right answer, but I can't share it with you - only with him.
The women of Massachusetts need a senator they can count on not some of the time, but all of the time... this one really matters...

The slimy Obama campaign claims it wasn't Mitt Romney on stage because he'd changed his positions on things like his "5 trillion dollar tax cut." Here, Obama campaign official Stephanie Cutter admits Romney doesn't have a 5 trillion dollar tax cut proposal.
