In one of many interviews yesterday, Anthony Weiner tells Bret Baier that the hacking of his personal Twitter account didn't take place at the Capitol, therefore it's not a matter for federal law enforcement.

Unfortunately for Anthony, his refusal to give a straight answer regarding whether that was him in the photograph got all the media attention, and this argument was lost.
