A new Obama campaign promotion will raffle off a visit to the president's home in Chicago for his birthday. What's unclear is whether anyone else will be there.

A campaign e-mail asks donors, "Want to celebrate President Obama's birthday with him -- at the Obamas' house in Chicago? Donate $3 or whatever you can to be automatically entered today."

Obama turns 51 on Aug. 4.

The e-mail doesn't say whether there will be a big party at Obama's house on the big day, or whether the lucky contest winners will get a private celebration.
