Odd to hear Tom Brokaw extolling the virtues of a new discovery - the public/private partnership.

There's this whole movement going on it's public/private... reducing the inefficient government agencies that exist out there... New York State has 11,000 state agencies. So many of them could be eliminated... that's a big, bold idea...
