Massport Autoport 100 Terminal Street Charlestown MIDDAY - He visits the Quincy Council on Aging Kennedy Center. 440 East Squantum Street Quincy AFTERNOON - He tours Braintree-Weymouth Landing and other local economic development projects. 33 Washington Street WeymouthTruth is, it falls in the middle - each of these is a perfectly reasonable thing for Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to be doing today, but, taken together, you get the feeling that getting reelected next year has taken precedence over governing.
