Tea Talk

Marco Rubio is one Tea Party candidate who appears to be cruising to victory in the Florida senate race after having forced Governor Charlie Crist to leave the GOP for an independent bid. He's worth watching because he's so impressive, including a wonderful explanation of what the Tea Party is all about.

The latest Mason-Dixon poll surveying the closely watched Florida U.S. Senate race shows Republican nominee Marco Rubio maintaining a strong lead over Democratic candidate Kendrick Meek and Independent Charlie Crist.  The latest findings put Rubio ahead by double-digits, with Crist in 2nd place: 40% to 28%.

Ken Buck was billed as a loser for the GOP in Colorado's senate race, but he's also turned out to be a capable candidate.

The latest Rasmussen poll in Colorado shows Republican Ken Buck leading incumbent Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet 49 to 45 percent with 11 percent either favoring someone else or haven't decided.
