Emmy Award-winning actor Alec Baldwin was taken to a Manhattan hospital early today when his teenage daughter frantically called 911, claiming he had threatened to take pills after they got into a heated fight, sources said.

Ian Drew of US Weekly reported that Baldwin's daughter was not with him when they fought. "It has nothing to do with this story, it turns out the daughter was not even there when this happened, that this was a false report that disseminated," he told CBS 2. Sources confirmed that Baldwin and his daughter were arguing over the phone, and when he didn't answer when she called back, police say that's when she called 911.

While the 12:10 a.m. call came in as a “possible alcohol or drug overdose,” sources told The Post that Baldwin never swallowed sleeping pills and had only threatened to do so.

The “30 Rock” actor, who lives on Central Park West, was released from Lenox Hill Hospital shortly after 1 a.m., according to sources.
