If you have Mitt Romney not mentioning the troops... and at the same time his tax plan would protect the carried interest loophole for private equity mavens... it means the Republican motto today is essentially let other people's children fight our wars... and let's have it paid for by debt we'll have other people's children pay off through higher taxes.
