When you listen to pols like Rep Xavier Becerra talk, you get the feeling that they think it's actually an accomplishment to borrow more money from the Chinese and develop new reasons to give it to people.

... So we should move forward, try to help add to the 6 million Americans who get Medicare who are now paying less for their prescription drugs because we're closing the donut hole... all those folks are benefiting...
