The Ohio congressman says Obama is a threat to our system of government, suggesting a ruse in the use of Nato as a cover for U.S. military action rather than the UN being the lead organization.

What the president has done is drive a stake into the heart of representative government by declaring he has the executive privilege to wage war whenever he wants...The action he has taken is pretty dangerous constitutionally.
