On the lamb from congress for four weeks, Jesse Jackson Jr's 'exhaustion' has been expanded to include 'emotional ailments' requiring 'extended in-patient treatment,' not the sort of thing you confess to if you're planning on having a future.

More than three weeks after Jackson went on leave, his spokesman revealed that the lawmaker had long-standing "physical and emotional ailments," and that the congressman's still-unnamed medical condition was "more serious than we thought."
