Is Steve Hayes of the Weekly Standard jumping the gun when he says that new swing state polls indicate the Romney campaign is winning the Medicare debate?

...Republicans I think are actually winning the argument on Medicare... most voters... are learning perhaps for the first time that ObamaCare included the $716 billion in cuts... it's a very good framing...

Ohio: Obama 44, Romney 46—Romney +2

Florida: Obama 47, Romney 48—Romney +1

Colorado: Obama 49, Romney 46—Obama +3

Virginia: Obama 45, Romney 48—Romney +3

Nationally, Romney holds a two point lead in the Gallup Daily Tracking poll and a four point lead in Rasmussen.
