Bill Maher seems to be on a warpath of liberal stupidity lately. Here, he offers that the reason so many of President Obama's plans are half-assed is that he's half-Black.

Maher continued, "If he was fully black, I'm telling you, he would be a better president."

As if that wasn't enough, "There's a white man in him holding him back because everything is half-assed."
