CHRISTIE: Unions are trying to break the middle class

Just watching Chris Christie on Morning Joe last week. He is dazzling in his ability to present the Wisconsin union debate with enough clarity so that those who are pro-labor can understand that there's a problem.

We're not trying to break the unions, the unions are trying to break the middle class...

On union demands to respect the sanctity of collective bargaining, Christe says:

The unions don't care about the sanctity of collective bargaining - when they don't get what they want at the table they run to the legislature and get it done by law... you can't say everything should be done at the table, but if we don't get what we want we'll go buy the legislature and get them to give it to us... either it should all happen at the table or we all run to the legislature and make laws.
