Christie Not Arrogant Enough to Run For President
Chris Christie is the only politician who beats President Obama in a recent poll. But Christie thinks experience is required before becoming president.
"I have a commitment to my state," he said, adding that he'd only been governor for a year and New Jersey's problems still need fixing. "I am not arrogant enough to believe that after one year as governor ... that I am ready to be president of the United States."
With current polls indicating that Obama would run even with former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, and beating both Sarah Palin and Mike Huckabee, Republicans are charged with the task of finding a candidate who has the best chance of beating Barack Obama.
