Cain Says it's Time To 'Alter or Abolish'
Herman Cain campaigned in Alabama today, promising to do what any realistic and responsible candidate would do - cut the size of the federal government.
"One of the things I'm going to do as President is an across the board 10 percent cut of every federal agency with an executive order. Ten percent across the board. That's just a start," he said.
Cain also upset liberals on MSNBC by "alter or abolish" language from the Declaration of Independence as justification for doing some slashing.
