A California congressman offers an explanation to the socialists on why the remarks to congress by Mexican President Calderon were offensive.

He also offers a lesson on the historical premise upon which American immigration policy is based, assuming, I guess, that they all attended public school.
Megyn Kelly explained last night on O'Reilly that federal law is actually far less protective of individual rights than is the Arizona law. The feds don't need cause to pull one over and demand proof of citizenship... they can do so simply because you drive by them. The Arizona law only allows inquiry into legal status once a reasonable cause for concern develops during a contact that occurs for a reason other than immigration.
