The man who manages the state's pension fund is getting a big pay raise.  Michael Trotsky is receiving a 40-thousand-dollar raise, and now earns 470-thousand-dollars a year in the position.  The Pension Reserves Investment Management board also voted last week to give Trotsky a bonus of more than 180-thousand-dollars.  The bonus and raise come after the fund outperformed its own targets in the most recent fiscal year.
