The new head of the Massachusetts State Police is launching an investigation into the actions of her predecessor.  Colonel Kerry Gilpin is investigating the actions of former Colonel Richard McKeon in ordering the revision of an arrest report.  The report was for the arrest of the daughter of a district court judge and mentioned that the woman admitted to trading sex for heroin.  McKeon's resignation took effect Tuesday and Gilpin was quickly sworn in as his replacement.

The woman at the center of the scandal is scheduled to appear in court Friday according to the Telegram. Ali Bibaud was arrested on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Worcester for driving under the influence. It was during that traffic stop she reportedly told the Trooper she had performed sex acts to get drugs.
