A Billerica auto auction is facing over a-quarter-million-dollars in fines over an incident in May when five people were killed.  Federal workplace safety officials say they have found serious violations at the Lynnway Auto Auction.  A 76-year-old auction employee with a suspended driver's license was driving a Jeep Cherokee during an auction when it lurched forward.  Five people died in the incident, which remains under investigation.
