A Randolph man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the North End was reportedly dressed as a security guard.

Court papers show 26-year-old Isaiah Brown reportedly told the woman to strep and tried to kiss her before she fled around 2:30 Friday morning.

Brown allegedly ordered the woman to show identification and said she was under investigation. Brown ordered the woman to follow him, she complied for a short distance.

Police say Brown asked the woman to strip because he wanted to ensure she did not have a weapon. The woman pulled her pants down exposing her underwear. The suspect then tried to kiss the woman. She screamed and fled.

The incident was captured on video surveillance, which led to the arrest of Brown. The suspect was ordered held on $5,000 bail after entering a not guilty plea.
